CAT FACT: Cats have retractable claws that they use for hunting and climbing! - They have five toes on their front paws and four toes on their back paws. - When a cat is relaxed, their claws are retracted and sheathed in a protective covering. - Cats will sharpen their claws by scratching rough surfaces, such as a scratching post Viv loves her brown blanket! Check out today's Cat Fact below CAT FACT: Feline cats have strong, agile legs that allow them to easily run and jump like superman! - Their legs are also equipped with retractable claws, which they use for hunting and climbing.  - The legs of a cat are proportionally longer than those of most other mammals, which helps them achieve their impressive feats of agility.  - Cats have a unique skeletal structure that gives them the ability to twist and flex their legs, allowing them to navigate through tight spaces and land on their feet after falls.
